How are funds used?
The CCAB Club's purpose is to promote and educate the general public and beekeepers about honey bees by holding monthly meetings with knowledgeable speakers, presenting to schools, and attending local events. Our meetings provide local beekeepers the opportunity to discuss ideas and share mutual concerns. We also encourage beginning beekeepers and help them get established, this includes yearly classes and an award of at least one youth scholarship per year. This scholarship includes the bees, hive, equipment, safety gear, mentoring, and a year membership to the club.
